HAVASI Pure Piano Tour

One of the most exciting and versatile young composers of today, Hungarian piano virtuoso Havasi will return to Australia in May 2024 with his breathtaking solo production, HAVASI Pure Piano.

Having premiered this breathtaking production at a sold-out Sydney Opera House in 2017 with subsequent full houses at Carnegie Hall in New York, London’s Barbican Centre and the Alex Theatre in Los Angeles, HAVASI Pure Piano comprises this unique artist’s most beautiful original works written for solo piano over the past two decades.

This is a rare opportunity for the whole family to enjoy a classical composer who usually only performs in Europe’s largest stadiums.

With rock star-like charisma, Havasi’s showmanship is mesmerizing and his innovative music is unlike anything you have heard before. Expect to be surprised as Havasi shows how a single piano is all he needs to deeply move and entertain audiences of all ages with a show that is fresh, passionate and supremely entertaining.

While most other artists in the modern classical music genre simply perform or interpret someone elses music, Havasi only plays his own original works. Every piece the audience hears is a deeply personal work cut from the cloth of his very heart and soul. Watching the composer performing his own music live creates a powerful, often magical connection between audience and artist.

Proudly presented by Big Deal Touring, the producers who brought you Andrea Bocelli, Sarah Brightman, Placido Domingo, Katherine Jenkins and Mark Vincent, HAVASI Pure Piano must be experienced to be believed.

A graduate of the Franz Liszt Academy of Music, Havasi has established himself as one of the most diverse and exciting young artists of today, thrilling audiences and selling out arenas and stadiums across the globe, including Wembley Arena in London, New York’s Carnegie Hall, Mercedes-Benz Arena in Berlin, The Orchard Hall in Tokyo and Sydney Opera House.

Earlier this year, Havasi made history at London’s Royal Albert Hall by being the first Hungarian composer to perform his own works in the famous concert hall’s 152 years of existence.
