It’s our mission to be Everyone’s House: a place that welcomes and celebrates more of the community than ever before. But we can’t do this alone.
As a not-for-profit, the Opera House relies on donations to fund our most impactful programs and make the Opera House Everyone’s House. Explore below to find out how you can make a difference this end of financial year.
How does your support help?
Arts Assist: St Mary’s Public School
20,000 disadvantaged students have experienced our life-changing learning programs thanks to the generous support of donors. Meet the kids from St Mary’s Public School who recently came for a visit to the Opera House.
Access Programs: Kids Sensory Music Café
The Kids Sensory Music Café brings together the families of children who live with a disability, to experience the joy of live music. Meet Renee and her two kids, Lara and Austin, who've been visiting for 18 months.
DanceRites: Deaf Indigenous Dance Group
DanceRites celebrates Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island cultures through a dance competition on the Opera House Forecourt. Explore how DIDG and other dance groups benefit from our flagship program.
